Based in Hudson Legal’s Charlotte, North Carolina office, Chris Dalton, eDiscovery practice leader, has developed a reputation for efficiency and excellence during his five-year tenure. Dalton works closely with corporate counsel and law firm partners to formulate overall e-discovery strategy for major litigations and to troubleshoot Federal Trade Commission second requests. He has amassed particular expertise in medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology patent infringement matters. Dalton holds a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and is a member of the District of Columbia bar and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
