Professor Allison Bethel, Director of John Marshall’s Fair Housing Clinic, provided comment to WBEZ regarding housing discrimination in Chicago, particularly as it relates to persons with disabilities.

John Marshall 2012 graduate, Mary Rosenberg, a lawyer with the disability rights group Access Living, was also featured in the story for her work in assisting a Chicago double amputee file a successful complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development alleging disability discrimination against her apartment’s management company.
