Professor Hugh Mundy participated in a radio interview on WBEZ about Illinois Congressman Bobby Rush and his declaration that both of his offices may be used as sanctuaries for undocumented immigrants. Mundy said there is no law that would offer undocumented immigrants more protection simply because they are in the congressman’s office.
