Professor Samuel V. Jones recounts a visit by comedian Chris Rock to the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center. Rock spoke to the Center’s youth about taking responsibility for their actions and pride in their families. Jones is a member of a group selecting the next leader of the Cook County center, one of the largest juvenile detention facilities in the world.
